After 9 years in the catering game, it is time for us to move on to greater things. Our last year of catering is 2022, taking us into our 10th year and boy have we had a fantastic ride !!
Although we are not accepting new customers, we will continue to support you, our valued clients, wherever possible well into 2022.
So for now NOTHING CHANGES.
Moving on to an online Gourmet Food & Gift store (The Peach Emporium) allows us to still involve ourselves with yummy foods, allowing you to shop in the comfort and security of your living room. Gift hampers of all kinds will be offered as well and you may choose pre set hampers or make your own, choosing the items you prefer. Delivery to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post, but of course, free delivery in the Whitsundays still applies
Our Hampers
This means that boat hampers, resort hampers, corporate hampers and any food hamper will not really change. The difference will be that foods will remain wrapped, which enables people to be flexible as to when they want to eat their treats, even taking them home with them if they are able. You will also be able to request different (mostly) Australian made foods and gifts as well.
Of course that’s not it
We will also be inviting you all to tastings of new products, cheese and wine pairings and pre event sales, held in various locations in the beautiful Whitsundays. For those that cannot attend, zoom parties will also be held. I just need to learn how to set one up !
The Peach Emporium continues to be under the banner of Peach & Pear Catering although we are changing our trading name and have rebranded for this purpose only as below.
Those that know me personally, also know that my husband and I have a cattle property in Eungella and we have exciting plans to grow that as well. Having The Peach Emporium gives me the flexibility to work from anywhere and although I have adored my years of catering, every new birthday I celebrate, makes it harder to be on my feet, lugging boxes up and down stairs, so it makes sense to step away and as there are so many fabulous caterers in this town, it’s not that hard to do.
Thank you to all of you who have supported me over the last 9 years through happy times and hard times, through laughs and through tears. I thank you for friendships forged and memories made. Here’s to continued success!!
